Study Hypnosis

Format: 6 group sessions on Zoom

Target Audience: Therapists with prior knowledge

Course Description

A practical and advanced course that combines the classical world of hypnosis with modern technological tools. The course will teach you how to lead deep transformation processes remotely, create complementary treatment products (recordings), and use artificial intelligence and subliminal sound to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Curriculum by Sessions

Session 1: The Science of Hypnosis and Patient Adaptation in the Digital Age

  • •Scientific Basis: Neurophysiology of trance and the development of modern research.
  • •Suggestibility Assessment: Quick identification of patient type (visual/auditory/kinesthetic) to adapt treatment language.
  • •Remote Hypnosis: Key points for working on Zoom: lighting, camera angle, audio quality, and patient safety in the home environment.

Session 2: The Art of Induction – Fast vs. Slow

  • •Rapid Inductions: "Shock" techniques and quick visual fixation (suitable for Zoom and analytical patients).
  • •Permissive Inductions (Ericksonian): Use of indirect language to create gradual and deep trance.
  • •Group Practice: Simulations of entering trance on Zoom.

Session 3: AI and Advanced Therapeutic Analysis

  • •Patient Analysis with AI: Using artificial intelligence to analyze conversation transcripts, identify barriers and hidden language patterns.
  • •Building Treatment Plans: Using AI as a research assistant to build personalized treatment strategies.
  • •Treatment Page: Preparing an interactive "summary and tasks" page for the patient to continue working at home.

Session 4: Script Writing and Therapeutic Recording Production

  • •Script Generator: Writing precise hypnotic scripts using AI based on patient values.
  • •Recording Production (Audio Production): Principles for recording quality hypnotic sessions (tone, pace, background music).
  • •Using Subliminal/Isochronic Frequencies: Embedding messages and frequencies within the recording to strengthen suggestion at the subconscious level.

Session 5: Protocols for Trauma and Habit Treatment

  • •Post-Trauma (PTSD): Safe remote work, dissociation techniques and preventing flooding.
  • •Changing Compulsive Habits: Smoking cessation, emotional eating, and improving sleep patterns.
  • •Integrating Recordings in Treatment: How and when to have the patient listen to recordings we prepared for them.

Session 6: Summary, Practice and Clinic Management

  • •Recorded Case Analysis: Viewing and analyzing sessions from the course's learning database.
  • •Professional Ethics: Boundaries of remote treatment and maintaining data privacy in AI.
  • •Summary and Project: Presenting a complete treatment process including: analysis, script and recording with frequencies.
